How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered across the GCC within 5 business days after dispatch.

What happens if I'm not available to receive the delivery?

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 15 days from the date of delivery.

What items are eligible for return?

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or damaged items, or on discounted and promotional items.

Are return shipping fees covered?

If you received a defective item or an incorrect order, Yasma will cover all return and exchange costs. In all other cases, shipping or return fees may apply.
