1. Introduction
Welcome to Yasma Store. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the site.
2. Definitions
"Store" refers to Yasma online store. "Customer" refers to any user or purchaser on the website.
3. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD). The Store reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. We strive to display products accurately; however, colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We offer approved payment methods at checkout. The Store reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of error or suspicion.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are delivered within Bahrain within 1–3 business days, and to selected GCC countries within 3–7 business days. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items must be:
- In original condition
- Unused
- In original packaging
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:
- Used or damaged items
- Discounted or promotional items (if applicable)
In case of defective items or incorrect orders, the Store will cover all return and exchange costs. Otherwise, shipping or return fees may apply. This policy does not affect the consumer's statutory rights under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
7. Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse the website or attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage it.
8. Intellectual Property
All content (text, images, logo) is the property of Yasma Store and may not be used without permission.
9. Liability
The Store shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the website.
